Accounts are available only to Australian residents aged 18 or older, and only to persons physically located in Australia. Identity and age are verified through identity documents under the AML/CTF Act 2006 (Cth) before any wager is accepted. All new accounts are screened against the National Self-Exclusion Register before activation. The Register operates under Part 7B of the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 (Cth) together with the National Self-Exclusion Register (Cost Recovery Levy) Act 2019. Registered customers cannot open or hold an account.

Markets are settled on the official result declared by the relevant controlling body. Where an event is postponed, abandoned or materially altered, affected markets are voided and stakes returned unless the relevant market rule provides otherwise.
